The session will build toward phrase work\, introduced progressively and taught at an accessible pace. \n  \nDancers will explore principles such as clarity\, curiosity\, spontaneity\, efficiency\, readiness\, contrast\, and challenge\, with an emphasis on developing confidence\, body awareness\, and musicality.
