This June, Lotte’s yoga classes for Iżfen ma’ ŻfinMalta will be hosted outdoors at ŻfinMalta Studios. Enjoy a gentle yoga class, overlooking Valletta Harbour to finish your day.
“In these gentle yoga classes we will end our days tuning back into the body. Through simple guided movements, we focus on how and why we move, while at the same time exploring new ranges of motion. Through our breath we will process the day we’ve had, ending the class in full relaxation. Contrary to popular belief, yoga is an approachable practice that can be modified to anyone’s level. Above all it is a way to understand and care for ourselves. It is this which I wish to share in the classes I teach.”
