This class is for adults who like to move at a steady low impact pace to great music. Fun, friendship and revitalising for mind and body: A Great place to meet new people! No experience necessary.
Douglas became the director of the Welsh male dance company Dynion for 15 years touring nationally and internationally to raise the profile of male dance leading to Creative Arts Wales award winner in 2010. Throughout this period he has also been involved in the choreography and implementation of several large-scale opening ceremonies. These include the Rugby World Cup, The Millennium Youth Games, Dubai City Festival, Commonwealth Games and the World Gymnaestrade.
Douglas teaches for various establishments in Malta and heads different performance projects with different age groups and abilities. He is currently working with Opening Doors Association and Jo Casabene Dance School.
