Carla is a compassionate and inclusive Yoga & Pilates instructor with experience teaching one-to-ones, group classes and organizing stand alone events/workshops. She has led workshops at Spazju Kreattiv as part of Prehistorjha (Enrique Tabone, 2023), an exhibition exploring interpretations of prehistoric divinity and the female experience. In 2024 she designed and led a course on Wellbeing for Educators as part of an Erasmus programme. Her 200hr YTT was completed in Barcelona (2022) and further supported by 20hrs in Adapted Yoga for people with limitations at Arunai Yoga in Madrid (2023). Having a mild disability herself, helping people to connect with themselves in a safe and positive way is at the core of her practice.
Carla’s classes have been described as grounding, relaxing and restorative by her students. She offers a Hatha/vinyasa class with elements from Yin and Iyengar styles, tailored to suit the needs of her students. Book with Carla now via ms.carla.said@gmail.com
