Elisa Ruffato
Originally from Padova, Italy, Elisa Ruffato began her professional dance training in various studios across Italy. She moved to the UK to pursue a BA (Hons) in Contemporary Dance at the Northern School of Contemporary Dance in Leeds, graduating with First Class Honours in 2019. Elisa expanded her training internationally through programs at Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company (Israel), Biennale College Danza (Italy), and Profit Training Berlin. From 2022 to 2025, she was part of Ballett TN LOS at Theater Nordhausen, Germany, directed by Ivan Alboresi. Elisa has performed works by Alboresi and other notable choreographers including Jiří Pokorný, Martin Harriague, Marco D’Agostin, and Alba Castillo, among others. She joins ŻfinMalta for its 2025-26 season.
