This September, Lotte’s open level yoga classes for Iżfen ma’ ŻfinMalta will be hosted outdoors at ŻfinMalta Studios. Enjoy a gentle yoga class, overlooking Valletta Harbour to finish your day.

“In these gentle yoga classes we will end our days tuning back into the body. Through simple guided movements, we focus on how and why we move, while at the same time exploring new ranges of motion. Through our breath we will process the day we’ve had, ending the class in full relaxation. Contrary to popular belief, yoga is an approachable practice that can be modified to anyone’s level. Above all it is a way to understand and care for ourselves. It is this which I wish to share in the classes I teach.”

Driven by curiosity and precision, Luca‘s classes invite you to challenge your body, sharpen your awareness, and rediscover presence through movement. Through coordination-based exercises and playful movement, we’ll explore how to feel more connected—to ourselves, to space, and to the moment. “No experience needed. Just curiosity, a willingness to move, and maybe to laugh a little. Come for the fun. Leave with better reflexes, more body awareness—and hopefully, fewer stubbed toes.”

Luca Parolin is a Dancer & Movement Explorer: an Italian contemporary dancer and instructor with a rich background in performance, spanning from lyrical opera stages in Luxembourg to festivals in Costa Rica. Trained in hip hop, contemporary, and physical theatre, Luca brings a dynamic, playful, and deeply aware approach to movement. He’s collaborated with international companies such as Twain Physical Dance Theatre, Naturalis Labor, and E.sperimenti Dance Company.
