Yoga with Lotte La Haye
In addition to our Monday and Tuesday evening classes, Spring brings three evening classes especially dedicated to Yoga. Led by ŻfinMalta company dancer Lotte La Haye, these classes are designed to ease participants into a winding down Yoga practice at the end of the day. No previous yoga experience required.
Individuals from all backgrounds and all levels of fitness and flexibility are invited to participate.
