Contemporary intensive with Attila Rónai
Age: 15+ (Adults welcome)
 Saturday 29th March / 10:00 – 12:00
ŻfinMalta Studios, Valletta
€30

Join international guest performer and choreographer Attila Rónai for a contemporary dance intensive on 29th March 2025. Attila has performed with companies including Hofesh Shechter Company and Sita Ostheimer Company, and will be in Malta to lead ŻfinMalta’s first international guest intensive of the season, as well as a week of professional company open classes.

Attila’s workshops encourage participants to explore different energies and dynamic qualities through improvisation. Dancers can connect to their senses, finding a natural flow in their movements. Music plays an important role, offering a guiding rhythm throughout the session. In addition to the physical exploration, the workshops also aim to create an open and supportive environment where participants can take risks and experiment with their personal movement style.  Workshops have an emphasis on finding authentic expression, encouraging each dancer to tap into their unique creative potential. Whether you are a professional performer, or simply wish to explore something new, these workshops are beneficial for everyone, blending movement techniques with artistic freedom.

Attila will also be leading professional company open classes (18+) between the 24th and 28th March. Learn more about our company open classes here: https://www.zfinmalta.org/education-and-participation/open-classes/
