Althea’s ballet classes are tailored around celebrating the physical joy of classical dance in a setting that combines technical grounding with creative freedom. Participants will anchor practice in the essentials of balance, coordination, and breath, providing the tools to move safely, fluidly, and beautifully. Each exercise challenges physical mechanics while encouraging participants to discover their own individuality into every phrase.

Althea Palombi Corlett was born in Malta and trained at the Olivia Dow School of Russian Ballet, later expanding her Vaganova training at the Hope Garden Ballet in Washington DC. She holds a Master Degree in Teaching Dance and holds a first Degree in Theatre and Media Communication from the University of Malta. She also holds a Senior Ballet Teacher qualification in Russian Ballet. After performing across various theaters and projects in both Europe and Asia, primarily Germany and Korea, Althea continues to teach with various schools around Malta, continues to support the local scene,to co-create and collaborate. She is currently a dance teacher at The Malta Visual and Performing Arts School.
