These lively workshops place creativity, coordination, and physical awareness at the centre, approached through play and imagination. Participants will explore short choreographic sequences to energise the body, improvisation tasks that spark creativity, and movement games designed to sharpen speed, focus, and attention. No previous dance or movement experience is required, just curiosity, energy, and a willingness to explore movement in new ways.
