Brenda Lee Grech
Maltese artist Brenda Lee Grech has a diverse portfolio in both theatre and film within the dance sector. Locally, she trained under the direction of Johane Casabene before launching her professional career internationally, spanning over 20 years. She has worked in various capacities with Ballet d’Europe, Scottish Ballet, Rambert, Punchdrunk and Dancers Career Development. As a performer she has collaborated with and performed works by Kylian, Forsythe, Bourne, McGregor, Schecter, Eyal, Cherkaoui and others, touring worldwide. Brenda Lee is also known for her role as the Swan in the Netflix series Peaky Blinders. Locally she has appeared as the Head Judge in TV talent show Brillanti, dance series. She first joined ŻfinMalta as Rehearsal Director under the artistic direction of Paolo Mangiola, and was later appointed Associate Director during the company’s transition into NAPA.
